WHO WE ARE
The death of a loved one on the roads is a very traumatic time for anyone.
The Naomi Cheri Gough Foundation is a registered charity founded in 2016 in loving memory of Bev and Steve Gough’s daughter Naomi, who tragically lost her life due to a road traffic collision.
To lose a child/dependant under 25 years of age is unimaginable. Quite often insurance is not in place for the sudden and unexpected expense, no parent is prepared. We help lift that burden, give much needed support to families and provide education in schools and businesses on the ‘Consequences of Irresponsible Driving’.
Partnership with Vision Zero
We have been invited to partner with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Police and Crime Teams initiative Vision Zero. They aim to eliminate all traffic fatalities and severe injuries by 2040 while increasing safe, healthy, and equitable mobility for all.

We help parents & guardians with the financial cost of their child’s funeral whose life has been taken on the roads of West Yorkshire due to a Road Traffic Incident.

Our fundraising events include raffles, family fun days, charity dinners and our annual “Walk4Naomi”, a 3 day trek from Halifax to Blackpool.
